Carryon is an awesome resource pack that finally gets rid of those flat, 2D items in your hand and replaces them with high-quality 3D models. It makes everything you hold look like a real object with actual depth, which is a huge upgrade for immersion. Whether you are walking around with a bucket of water, a torch, or even a spyglass, the models look thick and detailed. It also adds smooth eating and drinking animations, so your character actually looks like they are consuming food instead of just shaking it in front of their face.
The pack covers a massive range of items, from all your tools and weapons to smaller stuff like eggs, snowballs, and even goat horns. The creator also went ahead and retextured most of the sprites and blocks for these items, including the fish entities, to make sure everything looks consistent and polished. It is a great way to make your game feel more modern and “next-gen” without needing a bunch of heavy mods.
