Keep XP on Death is a Minecraft mod that ensures you never lose your experience points when you die. Instead of dropping all your XP orbs upon death, this mod preserves your total experience, letting you pick up right where you left off. Whether you’re exploring deep caves or battling mobs, you can take risks without worrying about losing levels and enchantments, making each death feel less punishing.
Installation is as simple as dropping the mod into your “mods” folder and restarting the game—no extra configuration is needed. Once active, Keep XP on Death works on both single-player worlds and multiplayer servers without requiring server-side installation. By maintaining your experience through every respawn, this Minecraft mod streamlines progression, so you can focus on building, enchanting, and exploring without the constant need to grind levels after every setback.
